Appointments
Bridal consultations run for approximately 2 hours, bridesmaid and flowergirl consultations for approximately 1 hour. A deposit of £20 (bridal) or £15 (bridesmaids) is required to confirm your booking, taken securely online at the time of booking.
Deposits
Non-refundable. Your consultation includes refreshments and the private use of your own fitting room, so the deposit is retained regardless of outcome.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us at 01292 282 965 or perfectday@dianehoneyman.com.
Payment
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment terms for any dress or item purchased will be confirmed in person at your consultation.
